Today starts the 2012 London Olympics. This is a showing of some of the most amazing strength — both mental and physical, that represents our world athletes. I love watching the Olympics because I get inspired by the evidence of hard work that each individual has put towards their passion.
It also reminds me that I am my own Olympian. I do what I do for me. It helps me to be a better version of me. When I am this better version, I have more to give to others.
I feel fortunate to have been given the experiences of learning good health and fitness. Because of this, I now see who I want to be and am excited to share this passion so that I can help others, either through philanthropy such as the CJ Foundation for SIDS or simply to be their better selves.
I would love to help you too! We can create an Olympic contest of your own. This can be a personal goal or a goal to raise money for SIDS awareness and research. Just reach out. I'm ready.
